Part Time Office Admin Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to12:00pm )
- Take customer/contractor phone calls and assist them with their needs
- Apply payments to accounts
- Create invoices for jobs
- Inventory & Ordering of products
- Scheduling of jobs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Will increase to Full Time hours within 6 months!
Part Time Office Admin Qualifications:
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing & Data Entry Skills
- Knowledge of AP/AR & Invoicing
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of construction/HVAC is a PLUS
- QuickBooks experience is preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
