Mitigation Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Water, fire, mold, and restoration mitigation projects.
- Perform demolition, drying, decontamination, and equipment setup.
- Document job progress through photos, notes, and moisture readings.
- Train and mentor other technicians to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure safety compliance with IICRC and OSHA standards.
- Communicate job updates to project managers and clients.
Mitigation Technician Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restoration/mitigation experience (preferred).
- IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/Mold a plus) or willingness to obtain.
- Previous experience with DocuSketch, DASH, and Clean Claims would be ideal.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Meet deadlines under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
