Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Lead and support a production team while working alongside them on the floor
- Perform dispensing and blending tasks following GMP and safety standards
- Monitor workflow to ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Assist with training new team members and reinforcing procedures Communicate updates, issues, and needs to supervisors and the team
Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or clean room environments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow detailed procedures
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
