CNC Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate and monitor CNC lathes to produce precision drill rod components according to technical specifications and quality standards
- Load, adjust, and switch CNC programs, tooling, and robot grippers for different production runs Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (thread gauges, calipers, etc.) and make real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Support production flow by moving materials, packaging finished products, and operating a forklift when needed
- Maintain a safe, clean work area while following all safety procedures and working closely with Quality Control and Maintenance teams
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of CNC lathe operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications
- Experience using precision measuring tools (including thread gauges and calipers) to ensure quality standards
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, cutting methods, and general mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and consistently work assigned shifts with strong attendance record
