Logistics Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
24.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling loads with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, ASNs, and update shipment records.
- Receive materials, track inventory, complete cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, suppliers, and carriers to keep shipments on schedule.
- Maintain a safe, organized shipping area while ensuring accurate documentation and timely order fulfillment.
Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Experience with shipping documentation, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn Salesforce and customer shipping portals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to meet shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
