Production Lead Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:00pm )
- Able to be trained on how to embroider.
- Lead, train, and motivate production associates to meet daily goals.
- Assign work, monitor performance, and adjust staffing as needed.
- Ensure all safety, quality, and company standards are followed.
- Track productivity, accuracy, and attendance; address issues promptly.
- Coordinate with supervisors and management to resolve production challenges.
- Conduct shift huddles and communicate priorities and expectations.
Production Lead Qualifications:
- At least two years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or embroidery environment.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- At least two years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Availability to work weekends (especially Sundays) and overtime.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
