CNC Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30pm to04:30am )
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes, CNC laser machines, and manual sheet metal equipment.
- Read blueprints and work instructions to produce parts within required specifications and tolerances.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance as needed.
- Complete production/quality documentation while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work area.
CNC Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and previous sheet metal CNC/manufacturing experience required.
- Hands-on experience operating CNC press brakes, CNC lasers, or similar fabrication machinery; machine setup/changeover experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills, with ability to read blueprints/prints and use calipers and tape measures accurately.
- Forklift certification preferred/required by the job specification; previous experience with manufacturing tools and equipment expected.
