Auction Assistant
AUCTION EXPIERENCE REQUIRED
The primary responsibility of this role is the accurate and timely cataloging of all motorized vehicles, and equipment to be offered at auction, block clerking, communicating with sales team.

Auction Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- MUST HAVE AUCTION EXPIERENCE
- Administer shipping & receiving documents related to the movement of the equipment to and from the auction site, and enter related information into the appropriate software systems
- Accurately identify equipment serial numbers, record basic equipment descriptions and label the equipment correctly.
- Participate in auction support
- Complete daily scanning and reconciliation of the vehicle inventory
- Performs wholesale reconditioning process
- Monitors transportation of incoming inventory
- MUST HAVE AUCTION EXPIERENCE
Auction Assistant Qualifications:
- AUCTION EXPIERENCE REQUIRED
- Strong typing and computer skills with experience using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Word Excel and Outlook and photo editing software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records
- Successfully work with associates of other departments within the geographic location
- Ability to multitask in a high energy, fast paced working environment
- Strong inventory management capabilities
- AUCTION EXPIERENCE REQUIRED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
