First Shift
We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time Purchasing/Accounting Coordinator to support vendor setup, purchase order processing, and spend tracking. The role will last aprox. 1 year. You must submit a resume for this position.

First Shift Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Verify if vendor is in the system; if not, obtain information needed to start the process to enroll them
- Issue Purchase Orders Track total spend, total committed, amounts received.
- Ensure appropriate approvals to issue the Purchase Order.
- Ensure the appropriate person has signed off on Pos and submit to receiving.
- Verify the receiver
- Generate reports for all stakeholders as needed and requested.
First Shift Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Accounting experience
- Ability to work on-site
- Part-time schedule
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
