Tool and Die Maker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
44.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 10:00pm to06:00am )
- Sets up and operates precision machining equipment to build, repair, and maintain injection molds and tooling.
- Performs mold assembly, welding, engineering changes, and repairs while ensuring quality and safety.
- Provides guidance to apprentices, supports project leadership on new molds or major revisions, and maintains an organized, compliant work environment.
Tool and Die Maker Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Broad knowledge of molding and injection mold repair with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical problems.
- 5-10 years of mold-making, repair, and maintenance experience.
- Strong experience with stoning and polishing mold components
