Repairs pallets Details:
Direct Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Remove broken or defective boards using tools such as crowbars, nail pullers, and saws. Replace boards, stringers, and blocks to restore pallet strength and stability.
- Use nail guns, hammers, saws, and other woodworking tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure finished pallets meet company and customer quality standards.
- Stack, sort, and organize repaired pallets for shipment or reuse.
Repairs pallets Qualifications:
- Experience with wood repair, construction, carpentry, or pallet repair preferred (not required).
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
