Description
Supervisor
Supervise all warehouse personnel and oversee daily operations. Serve as primary point of contact for dock-related reports and facility issues. Ensure daily security protocols are followed. Prioritize and distribute orders to meet production targets and operational deadlines. Assign task to team members, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for training and development.

Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Oversee daily operations
- Prepare daily production reports
- Support outbound operations
- Meet production targets and deadlines
Supervisor Qualifications:
- Proficient computer experience (Microsoft word, outlook, & excel)
- Ability to work in warehouse environment with fluctuating environmental conditions including temperature variations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift Certification
- Detail Oriented
- Self-starter
- Organized
- A safety-first mentality
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Resume required
