CNC Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to05:00pm )
- Operate CNC mills/lathes or perform mechanical assembly of precision vibration?control components used in aircraft, automotive systems, and other high?performance applications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to inspect and verify part quality.
- Perform machine adjustments, basic setups, and routine maintenance to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Support production of specialty systems, including viscoelastic and structural vibration?control components.
CNC Operator Qualifications:
- 1+ year of CNC machining, mechanical assembly, or precision manufacturing required.
- Strong blueprint reading ability and experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Stable work history showing reliability and longevity.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or engineered?component manufacturing is a plus.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
