Industrial Maintenance Electrician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $32.00 to $36.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Weekend Shift (Wednesday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00am)

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, be self-reliant, and have the experience and confidence to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision. This role is critical to maintaining production uptime, equipment reliability, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility electrical systems.
• Analyze and resolve electrical, controls, and automation issues to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Install, repair, and maintain motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, conveyors, and associated equipment.
• Work independently to assess equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Support production operations by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs.
