Work Schedule: 4 - 12hr shifts one week, 3 - 12hr shifts schedules the following week, alternates every other week
Shift: 4AM - 4PM (Rotating schedule)
Pay: $22 an hour

Quality Assurance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 04:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Conduct product sampling and testing (moisture, weight, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, etc.)
- Verify lot codes, expiration dates, and packaging specifications
- Complete and maintain accurate quality documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures
- Identify and report non-conforming products or process deviations
Quality Assurance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or quality control preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
- Ability to work in cold production environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
