We are seeking a dedicated and precise Temporary Manufacturing Blending Associate to join our production team. This role is essential for the creation of consumable materials, involving accurate weighing, mixing, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operating experience and thrive in a controlled, humid manufacturing environment.

Blending operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- Operate and monitor blending and mixing machinery, ensuring efficient production.
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials using gram and kilo scales.
- Perform precise blending and mixing of consumable materials according to product specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on blended products to ensure adherence to standards.
- Execute packaging tasks for finished goods.
- Lift and move materials, including repetitive lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP
Blending operator Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Proficiency in understanding and utilizing gram and kilo scales.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds repetitively.
- Must be able to effectively understand, speak, and write in English.
- Must own and wear steel-toed boots
- Due to N95 mask requirements for safety, candidates must be clean-shaven (no facial hair).
