Bank Reconciliation Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Verifying transactions/balances are properly classified within the general ledger
- Matching transactions & balances between ledger & other financial data sources
- Research & resolve discrepancies found during reconciliation process
- Performing duties in accordance with standard accounting procedures and company policy
- Clear communication with others about concerns, issues or to get needed info
Bank Reconciliation Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent required, accounting/bookkeeping schooling preferred
- Resume showing consistent work history and accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Excellent math skills, attention to detail, & ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of accounting/ bookkeeping concepts & procedures
- Willingness to work in team environment & flexible to help in other areas if needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
