Inventory Admin Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Inventory Admin Purchase Order management of building materials as needed.
• Overseeing of inventory throughout the production processes and related operational tasks; both physically and through inventory database administration through Flowtrac
.• Collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate counts, costing, and timely delivery of information.
• Working closely with employees to support customer sales generation
.• Monthly and Quarterly report generation as it pertains to inventory and sales
Inventory Admin Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Apple products
. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in purchasing and inventory management.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of wood-frame construction and related terminology.
• Accounting knowledge, specifically cost accounting.
