Bilingual Customer Support Representative
We are recruiting a Utah resident with strong English/Spanish bilingual skills who is friendly, motivated, and ready to excel as a Customer Support Representative.

Bilingual Customer Support Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 12:00pm to05:30pm )
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Process orders, new member applications, renewals, and returns
- Upsell products and promotions on each call
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and event registrations
- Use customer support systems to take orders and provide information
Bilingual Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English & Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to upsell and promote products
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Must be a Utah resident
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
