Direct Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
What You’ll Do- Source, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions. Match candidates with client job openings and ensure timely order fulfillment. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and associates. Support client payroll and workforce management needs. Partner with your Branch Manager and Regional Manager to grow the branch’s success. Ready to Join Us? We’d love to hear from you! Staffing Recruiter, recruiter, staffing Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For- Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 2- or 4-year degree. Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or sales strongly preferred. Strong computer and phone skills. Comfortable interacting with clients and associates in a professional, approachable manner. Bilingual in Spanish a plus! Outgoing, personable, empathetic, and compassionate—with the ability to stay firm and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
