Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00am )
- Complete daily maintenance and repair work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Prepare units for move-in (make-ready/turns)
- Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe common areas and grounds
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with painting, carpentry, and minor renovations
- Follow safety guidelines and property standards
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation if required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
