3rd Shift Team Lead, responsible for placing, managing breaks and encouraging all Elwood Associates. Must be willing to attend all shifts and work overnights. **Lead experience required** MUST Submit resume for consideration.

3rd Shift Team Lead (Floater) Details:
Temporary position- $
19.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 05:30pm to06:15am )
Attend Client team Production meetings during shifts. Successful team leads have excellent organizational and communication skills. These skills help them share information from management to associates and communicate their teams’ performance or needs to the On-Sites and Elwood leaders. With great communication, team leads create a network of support that will help them efficiently manage daily operations and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues that arise.
- Put associates on an assignment for their shift
- Look at daily tracker to know which lines are supposed to be running and what # of associates are needed.
- Able to handle conflict resolution
- Manage time & attendance
3rd Shift Team Lead (Floater) Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ proven experience in a Team Lead role within a manufacturing environment
- Able to work 2-2-3 schedule
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
