Mig Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MIG Welder to join our team in an industrial setting.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding operations according to specifications during a consistent night shift.
Mig Welder Qualifications:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of welded products through visual inspection.
- Accurately measure and mark materials using a tape measure.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies within an industrial environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the entire 10-hour shift (5:00 PM - 3:30 AM).
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of performing the physical demands associated with industrial welding tasks.
- Proven proficiency and experience in MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
