Certified Medical Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
16.87 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms; ensure patient comfort and privacyTake and document vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, height/weight, BMI)Obtain patient medical history and update medication lists and allergiesPrepare patients for exams, procedures, and treatments as directed by providerAssist physicians and nurses during examinations and minor proceduresPerform basic clinical procedures such as:EKGsPhlebotomy (if trained/authorized)Injections/immunizations (per policy and scope)Specimen collection (urine, swabs, etc.)Dressing changes and wound care (as permitted)Administer medications as ordered (within scope and under supervision)Clean, disinfect, and stock exam rooms and medical suppliesEnsure proper handling and labeling of specimens and coordinate lab pick-upsMaintain infection control practices, safety standards, and OSHA compliance
Certified Medical Assistant Qualifications:
1 year clinical experienceAvailability to work weekends
Diploma required
TB Testing will be requirement
