Logistics Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft
- Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Stacking goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
- Checking that loads are secure
- Stacking empty pallets Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the forklift's battery and lubricating equipment.
- Removing machine attachments and waste materials from machines.
- Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards. Dumping materials in hopper machines
- Packing goods for deliveries.
- Preparing all required paperwork
- Supply assembling/production lines with raw materials utilizing a sit-down forklift.
- Keep warehouse clean and safe at all times following OSHA standards.
- Perform a variety of duties in receiving, issuing, handling, and accounting for inventory stock.
Logistics Operator Qualifications:
- Previous forklift knowledge required
- Resume with forklift experience required.
- The interview will be with the client.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
