Operate truck scales and manage all scale house processes? Complete and file accurate paperwork for all incoming/outgoing loads? Enter load data into Vintrace and AgCode systems? Communicate clearly with crush pad and cellar teams about load timing and details? pass a basic arithmetic test? Excellent communication and attention to detail? Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime during harvest? Overtime may be required. 

Perform general labor duties as assigned, including but not limited to material handling, loading, unloading, and staging materials. * Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling of products according to specifications. * Operate basic production equipment under supervision. * Conduct visual inspections of products for quality assurance. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks. * Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures. * Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met. * Adhere to production schedules and contribute to efficient workflow.
