Bookkeeper/Data entry
Detail-oriented bookkeeping and accounts payable role using SAP and Pinpoint to enter, reconcile, and manage data accurately and efficiently.

Bookkeeper/Data entry Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Enter and process accounts payable data in Pinpoint and SAP
- Verify invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile discrepancies and correct data entry errors
- Organize and file accounting documents and reports
- Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties
Bookkeeper/Data entry Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous bookkeeping, accounts payable, or data entry experience preferred
- Proficiency with SAP, Pinpoint, and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
