Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Supervised daily team operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards were consistently met.
- Assisted with machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize downtime and improve workflow efficiency.
- Trained and supported team members on operational procedures, safety practices, and production goals.
- Coordinated material handling and inventory movement using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Maintained a safe and organized work environment while meeting company deadlines and performance expectations.
Team Lead Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance as some local travel is required • Valid passport is preferred
• Familiar with all ISO standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Flexibility to meet customer service demands
• Criminal background check, Drug Screen and Post Offer Pre-employment physical
