Description
Bilingual Production Supervisor
This is a hands on production role that actively performs production labor while supporting the Production Manager with daily operations, safety and quality compliance, and team leadership as needed. The position may serve as a backup supervisor during the Manager’s absence and can take on lead or supervisory responsibilities when assigned, with primary focus remaining on direct production work.

Bilingual Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Regularly perform production labor duties as needed, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, sanitation, and productivity standards.
- Support the Production Manager in executing production schedules and monitoring daily production operations.
- Provide work direction to team members and monitor adherence to food safety, quality, sanitation, and company policies; initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist with employee coaching, continuous improvement efforts, and shift-to-shift communication
Bilingual Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bilingual/ English and Spanish
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting required
- Able to stand entire shift
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
