Shipping and Receiving

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for our warehouse in Indianapolis. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments while operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates MUST HAVE recent stand-up forklift experience and be comfortable loading, unloading, verifying, and organizing materials while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED, AND THE ADDRESS ON THE LICENSE MUST MATCH CURRENT PHYSICAL ADDRESS.  Applicants must reside in a HUBZone, as addresses will be verified by recruiters. The ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is required. Qualified candidates must also demonstrate a solid and consistent work history reflected on their RESUME. We are seeking individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and interested in long-term employment with the opportunity to transition to permanent hire.
