Electronics Assembly & Rework Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30pm to02:00am )
- Inspect electronic components and circuit boards for defects or quality issues.
- Perform rework and corrections on electronic assemblies according to instructions.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete detailed assembly and rework tasks.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and meet daily production expectations.
Electronics Assembly & Rework Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or rework preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in small electronic components.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling delicate parts.
- Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
