SMT Operator
The SMT Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to ensure high-quality PCB assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

SMT Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
JOB DUTIES:
- Operate SMT production equipment including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Load feeders and components according to work orders and production schedules
- Monitor production runs to ensure quality standards are met -Inspect boards for defects and ensure compliance with IPC standards
- Complete accurate production documentation and reports
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
SMT Operator Qualifications:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience REQUIRED
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Familiarity with IPC standards is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
