Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly with children with autism and their families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help children develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Details:
Direct Hire position- $
30.00 / annually Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect and record accurate data during each session
- Support families by modeling strategies and maintaining professional communication
- Follow behavior intervention plans and safety procedures
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
