Service Delivery Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:30pm )
- M-F 9am-5:30pm
- $21hr
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the staffing team
- Manage daily on-site operations, including attendance tracking and employee relations
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Performance issues, and production needs with supervisors
- Monitor productivity and ensure client expectations are met
- Handle employee inquiries professionally and maintain accurate records
- Support safety initiatives and help maintain a positive work environment
Service Delivery Rep Qualifications:
- Excel experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
