Office Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:45am to05:00pm )
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Prepare and send invoices and billing statements
- Create and manage quotes for clients Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed
- Keep office space clean, organized, and fully functional
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Office Manager Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly
- Some to little prior office experience required; training provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or scheduling
- Familiarity with office management tools or software
