Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 26.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to12:00am )
Job Overview
- The Production Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities within their designated area of expertise, including electrical, finish work, or welding.
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidates will lead a team of production workers, ensure quality standards are met, and drive operational efficiency.
- This position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Production Lead Qualifications:
- • Strong technical skills and proficiency in relevant tools, equipment, and techniques.
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in the respective area of expertise.
- • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
- • Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment (preferred).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
