Make Ready Tech- Harrisonville,MO Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect vacant units and includes completion of repairs, drywall patching, painting, general construction repairs.
• Install and repair fixtures, locks, blinds, and other unit features.
• Clean and prepare units, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance supervisor and property manager to meet turnover deadlines.
• Groundskeeping, exterior clean up including, snow removal and preparation for inclement weather.
Make Ready Tech- Harrisonville,MO Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in residential maintenance or related field; basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry skills.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in all weather.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clear background (no sexual, theft, or violent offenses).
- Must pass drug test.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
