Warehouse Order Picker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists, order sheets, or warehouse management system (WMS) instructions.
- Pack orders securely into appropriate boxes or containers, ensuring product protection and correct labeling.
- Place completed, labeled packages onto the shipping roller/conveyor system for outbound shipping.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips or system records before releasing shipments.
- Wrap and stage pallet-sized shipments using stretch wrap and appropriate packing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory by scanning or logging items as required.
Warehouse Order Picker Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow written work orders, pick lists, and packing instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Repeatedly able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Prior warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or barcode scanning equipment.
- Experience with pallet wrapping and freight staging.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
