Inside Sales Details:
Direct Hire position- $
29.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Manage incoming customer inquiries, provide product information, and process orders accurately.
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on pricing requests, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely customer service.
- Maintain customer records, track sales activity, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Inside Sales Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related sales position.
- Steel industry, metal distribution, or industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
- Experience preparing quotes, entering orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Strong communication, organization, computer, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check.
