Maintenance Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
The Production Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains production line equipment, troubleshoots equipment failures, and performs routine and emergency mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. In addition, he or she helps install new equipment and fabricates new equipment or supplemental pieces when needed.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Install, modify, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Follow all food safety, OSHA, and company safety standards. Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment concerns. Assist with facility repairs, including plumbing, lighting, and building maintenance. Recommend improvements to equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Keep maintenance areas organized and stocked with necessary tools and parts.
