CNC/Lathe Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:00pm )
Seeking an experienced CNC Operator to manufacture precision parts for in-house machinery using HAAS DS-30Y Lathe and HAAS VF-2YT Mill. Candidates should have at least 2 years of CNC machining/milling experience, be able to read blueprints, perform setups, and maintain quality standards. Training will be provided by the retiring operator during the transition.
CNC/Lathe Operator Qualifications:
Previous experience operating CNC lathes, CNC mills, or other machining equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators. Strong understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and quality standards. Ability to perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic program adjustments. Knowledge of CNC controls and G-code is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and identify defects. Basic math skills, including measurements and calculations. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
