10 hour shift General Labor
We are seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to support daily operations in a fertilizer manufacturing and distribution environment. Multiple shifts available
Company Profile
- Assist with the production, packaging, and handling of fertilizer products.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Stack, palletize, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training available).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform general labor duties including sweeping, shoveling, lifting, and equipment clean-up.

Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 to $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
1st Shift General LaborCentral Time: 5am - 3:30pm, Eastern: 6am - 4:30pmMonday - Thursday Overtime possible: 4:30 am-4:30 pm (Central Time), 5:30am-5:30pm (Eastern Time)$14 hourlyattire: Hat (baseball), hair must be kept up. Jeans, T shirt, no shorts or tanksleather work shoes or bootsPPE - safety glasses, gloves, dust mask, ear plugs - all provided by clientStanding / twisting and bending for shift. Lift up to 50#1/2 lunch with 2 - 15 min breaks
10 hour shift General Labor Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work around dust, fertilizer products, machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
