Flowline Shop Technician Oilfield Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to05:00pm )
- Repair & rebuild flowline equipment
- Clean & stage equipment for testing
- Assist with inspections & pressure tests
- Identify damaged components
- Operate tools & testing equipment
Level 1-Shop Support: $17-19
- Learn flowline equipment identification and terminology
- Assist experienced technicians
- Learn measurement and inspection
- Receive safety and NDT training
Level 2 Flowline Technician: $19-22
- Equipment assembly and disassembly
- Inspection and testing support
- Documentation and quality verification
- Exposure to ultrasonic testing and pressure testing
Level 3: Flowline Tech with Certifications: $20-25
- Perform complete equipment rebuilds
- Conduct inspections and testing with minimal supervision
- Evaluate equipment condition and quality compliance
- Support advanced NDT and certification development
Flowline Shop Technician Oilfield Qualifications:
Required:
- 1+ years experience working in heavy industrial shop setting
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work in an industrial/shop environment
Preferred:
- Oil & Gas, mechanical, automotive, manufacturing, or maintenance experience
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Pressure testing experience
- NDT or inspection experience
- Flowline equipment experience
- Forklift certification
- Basic computer skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
