3rd Shift Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Monday throughSunday from 10:00pm to06:00am )
- Operate and monitor automated CNC machining cells in a high-volume production environment -Perform daily dimensional inspections in accordance with control plans and quality standards
- Set up machines and complete tooling changeovers and adjustments -Modify tool paths, offsets, and program variables as needed for optimal performance
- Analyze and resolve production issues using root cause analysis techniques -Maintain accurate production documentation
- Scrap reporting -Machine and quality checks -Daily production log
3rd Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume precision machining environment
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must maintain reliable attendance
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, indicators, gauges)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
