SMT Details:
Direct Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
The SMT Operator/Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining SMT equipment in a high-mix, low- to medium-volume flexible manufacturing environment. This role ensures the accurate placement and soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
SMT Qualifications:
- Previous SMT, electronics assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience operating SMT equipment and performing basic machine adjustments is a plus
- Ability to inspect electronic components and identify defects
