Quality Coordinator – Day Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:30am to06:00pm )
•Inspect products using calipers, dial indicators, gauges, and other measuring equipment.•Help coordinate daily Quality inspections and support inspectors throughout the shift.•Verify that required inspections, Quality checks, and documentation are completed correctly.•Identify Quality concerns and assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.•Help identify, separate, and contain nonconforming products.•Assist with inspecting, handling, and packing sand cores on production lines when needed.•Complete Quality paperwork, inspection records, and computer documentation accurately.•Communicate with team leaders, employees, and management regarding Quality concerns.•Assist with training employees on inspection procedures and Quality requirements.•Operate a forklift when needed.•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through daily cleaning and 5S activities.•Help ensure daily Quality activities are completed before the end of the shift.
Quality Coordinator – Day Shift Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures. • Ability to work independently once trained. • Comfortable using computers and learning inspection equipment. • Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment. • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Experience in manufacturing, Quality Control, inspection, or forklift operation is preferred but not required. Training & Opportunities We provide hands-on training to help you learn our products, inspection equipment, Quality procedures, and daily processes.
