Stand-Up Forklift Operator - Cold Storage Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.41 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to12:00am )
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport, load, unload, and organize products.
- Pick, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper product handling.
- Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and process orders.
- Follow all company safety policies and cold storage procedures.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, product verification, forklift inspections, and general warehouse operations in accordance with company procedures.
Stand-Up Forklift Operator - Cold Storage Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift required.
- Experience working in a refrigerated or freezer warehouse preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management.
- Ability to read product labels, shipping documents, and warehouse instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to complete required forklift evaluations and safety training.
- Work is performed in refrigerated warehouse conditions ranging from 32°F to 40°F.
- Company-provided PPE is available.
