Fabricator II Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Execute fabrication tasks with precision to produce high-quality parts, pieces, & components according to specifications.
- Operate various fabrication equipment, including welding machines (MIG and TIG), and potentially brake presses and overhead cranes.
- Read & interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine appropriate fabrication methods.
- Measure, cut, & shape metal materials using hand tools and power tools.
- Assemble fabricated components to create finished or intermediate products.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet required standards and tolerances.
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift for material handling and transportation within the warehouse.
Fabricator II Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator.
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Proficiency in TIG welding.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift & overhead crane.
- Ability to set up shop machines, such as welders, acetylene torch, plasma cutter, metal shear, press break, and burn table.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively & perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Experience with Arc welding.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
