Description
Mechanical Helpers
Assist experienced installers with mechanical project installations, including HVAC equipment, ductwork, plumbing, and piping. No previous trade experience is required. We will train someone who is dependable, follows directions, and is willing to learn multiple trades. This position offers hands-on training across the mechanical trades, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company.

Mechanical Helpers Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
•Assist installers with project work under their direction and supervision.
•Unload, organize, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
•Help measure, assemble, and install materials as training progresses.
•Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
•Learn the proper use and care of company-supplied tools.
•Follow safety requirements and wear required protective equipment.
•Report unsafe conditions, injuries, and damaged equipment immediately.
•Arrive on time, ready to work, and complete assigned tasks.
Mechanical Helpers Qualifications:
Be mechanically inclined
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites. • Clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to learn and assist across multiple mechanical trades as project needs require.
• Willingness to perform physical work in construction environments.
• Basic hand tools needed
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
