Press Break Operator Night Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 08:00pm to06:00am )
Night Shift - Monday - Friday, 8:00PM to 6:00AM
JOB DUTIES:
- Read work orders, production schedules, and prints.
- Measure completed workpieces using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
- Examine workpieces for defects Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools.
- Operate, position, align, or secure workpieces against fixtures or stops on machine beds or on dies to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal.
- Lift dies and workpieces to machines manually.
- Adjust machine speeds, forces, and back gauges, and use gauges and CNC controls to make adjustments.
Press Break Operator Night Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 1-2 years with set up
- High School Diploma or GED
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
