We are seeking dedicated and experienced Leads to join our warehouse team. This critical role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, team coordination, and adherence to operational standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team, managing logistics, and executing core warehouse functions from inbound product handling to preparing outgoing shipments.

Bilingual Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm - $22/hr
- 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am - $22/hr
- Must be able to work OT during peak seasons
- Direct and supervise a team of employees across one or more accounts within the warehouse.
- Track and manage employee hours, providing essential feedback to team members.
- Coordinate effectively with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and the Operations Supervisor to establish shipping schedules, determine labor requirements for rework projects, and perform accurate cycle counts.
- Safely and efficiently unload incoming freight products and transport them to their designated storage locations.
- Execute picking duties with precision and speed, consistently meeting both customer and company performance standards.
- Prepare products meticulously for shipment, verifying that the exact number and correct type of product are loaded.
Bilingual Lead Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in a team lead capacity.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
