Production Operator I
is seeking Production Operators to support our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help produce quality products, follow established procedures, and maintain a safe, organized work area. Production Operator I Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Operate assigned production equipment after completing required training and authorization.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Load materials, monitor production, and package or label finished products as assigned.
- Inspect products and report defects, equipment concerns, or process issues promptly.
- Record production quantities, quality checks, and other required information accurately.
- Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Keep workstations clean and organized and support smooth shift handoffs.
- Work with team members to meet production goals without compromising safety or quality.
Production Operator I Qualifications:
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic counting, measurement, and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
- Dependable attendance and availability for the posted schedule
